I read this article yesterday about the greatest game nobody ever saw. It was an intra-squad scrimmage within the ’92 Dream Team. Reading the article I was able to so vividly picture everything that was happening. It also gave you a sense into the true competitiveness and passion that all those guys had for the game. That competitiveness and burning desire to win is probably what made them arguably the best basketball team ever assembled. These were just scrimmages in practice but these guys wanted to win sooooooo badly. I think that is what the game of basketball should be about – that fire, that passion.
