I’ve had an absolutely awesome last couple weeks here in France and there’s plenty of catching up to do on here. But before I get into all that, I want to take a minute to wish one of my best friends in the world, Bobby Kiernan, good luck this weekend.
As some of you may or may not know (depending on how familiar you are with the CrossFit world), this weekend starts the CrossFit Regionals. The final qualifying round for the Reebok CrossFit Games held each summer in California.
Well, about a year ago or so (not sure exactly how long), Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave opened up in New York City. Bobby, as Bobby would, was able to land a job with them from their inception. Since then, he has helped develop 5th ave into one of the top CrossFit boxes in New York City. Not only that, but he has continued to work his tail off as a CrossFit athlete himself, along with the other trainers and athletes of 5th ave, and now they have qualified as a team for the Northeast Regionals this weekend held in Massachusetts. If they do well this weekend they could end up in California come July competing for the CrossFit Games title of “Fittest on Earth!” Not to mention, that ESPN actually airs the CrossFit Games now which is pretty cool.

So good luck this weekend Bobby! To you and the rest of your teammates from Reebok CrossFit 5th ave. Make it happen!
